Reporting claims of copyright infringement

We take copyright claims seriously and will respond to notices complying with applicable law. Those believing materials on the Website infringe copyright may request removal by submitting written notification to the designated copyright agent. • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work believed infringed or representative list if multiple works involved.
  • Identification of infringing material in sufficiently precise manner for location.
  • Adequate contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, email if available).
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized by copyright owner, its agent, or law.
  • A statement that information in the notice is accurate.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter notification procedures

Users believing their posted material was removed by mistake or misidentification may file a Counter Notice with the same copyright agent. Per the DMCA, the Counter Notice must include substantially:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of removed material and its previous location.
  • Adequate contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, email if available).
  • Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief regarding removal mistake or misidentification.
  • Statement consenting to Federal District Court jurisdiction where you reside (or where Website may be found if outside U.S.) and accepting service from the complaint provider.

The DMCA permits content restoration if the original complainant fails to file court action within ten business days of receiving the Counter Notice copy. We reserve the right not to re-post material regardless of the original complainant's actions.

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake or misidentification may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under Section 512(f).
